Rental Rules and Qualifications
This booking requires a non-refundable deposit as detailed at the time of booking, which will be processed upon confirmation. Your booking is confirmed when you receive your email confirmation (providing there are no problems with your credit card and your vehicle is available). In addition to this, the following terms and conditions apply.

Age Requirements
Minimum Drivers Age: 21 Years old
The 15 Passenger Van Rental Company Car and Van Rental will rent to and allow customers 21-24 years of age to operate our vehicles (with certain vehicle categories excluded). The surcharge imposed for underage drivers is $16.99 per day.

Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license and be added to the rental contract prior to operating the vehicle. There is a nominal fee per day for each additional driver and age restriction rules will apply. Only the named renter and/or additional driver(s) are authorized to operate the rental vehicle. No other persons are permitted to operate the rental vehicle without prior approval.

Geographic Driving Restrictions
Vehicles are NOT permitted to operate outside the State of Florida. Any vehicle driven outside of Florida will be subject to a mileage charge of 20 cents for all miles driven during the rental period.

Payment options
Your booking confirmation deposit can be paid on this website using major credit cards as listed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the hire is increased, an additional deposit may be required, while reduction in rental periods or price may reduce the total, but the deposit amount will remain unchanged.
