Quality's founder has been in the rental car industry for over twenty years and decided that working for others was not allowing him to enjoy the "Greatness" of life that his growing family demanded. During his career he became disillusioned with the treatment that coworkers and customers alike we subjected too. He was amazed at how companies advertise the fact that the customer is their life blood and how customer service was their number one priority, the treatment of these same customers was very impersonal. This brought the sad truth to light and soon he made the decision to open his own rental car company. With a facility that allows for over 170 parking spaces and a small rental car fleet he was shocked to learn from both friends and relatives that airport parking at the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport was anything but convenient. The complaints ranged from poor signage, long walks dragging heavy luggage, construction and security delays to "lost cars".
It was then realized that off-airport parking was in scarce supply. Rental Rules and Qualifications
This booking requires a non-refundable deposit as detailed at the time of booking, which will be processed upon confirmation. Your booking is confirmed when you receive your email confirmation (providing there are no problems with your credit card and your vehicle is available). In addition to this, the following terms and conditions apply.
Age Requirements
Minimum Drivers Age: 21 Years old
The 15 Passenger Van Rental Company Car and Van Rental will rent to and allow customers 21-24 years of age to operate our vehicles (with certain vehicle categories excluded). The surcharge imposed for underage drivers is $16.99 per day.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license and be added to the rental contract prior to operating the vehicle. There is a nominal fee per day for each additional driver and age restriction rules will apply. Only the named renter and/or additional driver(s) are authorized to operate the rental vehicle. No other persons are permitted to operate the rental vehicle without prior approval.
Geographic Driving Restrictions
Vehicles are NOT permitted to operate outside the State of Florida. Any vehicle driven outside of Florida will be subject to a mileage charge of 20 cents for all miles driven during the rental period.
Payment options
Your booking confirmation deposit can be paid on this website using major credit cards as listed.
The remainder of your rental which is payable to The 15 Passenger Van Rental Company Car and Van rental directly can be paid by the following means. Credit Cards – VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Diners / Card Blanche / Discover. All credit cards must be presented at the rentals inception and imprinted on the rental agreement. The renter and credit card holder muion st be the same person.
Debit Cards – Are accepted with some restrictions. Debit cards rentals follow the same rules as both for credit card and cash deposit renters. Florida debit card renters must have a utility bill in their name and this information must be provided at the rentals inception.
Cash Deposits – Are accepted with restrictions (not available as a deposit for Florida residents). Cash renters must present a valid return airline ticket and leave a minimum cash deposit in the amount of $300 plus the estimated cost of the rental period. Physical Damage Coverage acceptance will be required for cash renters.
Pick-Up/Drop Off Locations
Currently The 15 Passenger Van Rental Company Car and Van Rental provides service to the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport and surrounding areas. We offer free courtesy transportation service both to and from the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, Port Everglades and local hotels, motels and surrounding areas. We do have some geographical restriction as to where can provide such services. For a fee The 15 Passenger Van Rental Company Car and Van Rental can arrange service to Port of Miami and Miami International Airport. For more details on our services, please call and speak with a company representative.
Shuttle Information
Fort Lauderdale International Airport or Port Everglades pick-ups can be scheduled upon arrival. Our office is located just minutes away and we ask that you call us prior to receiving your luggage when possible. Further instructions are given upon confirmation of your booking with us.

Child/Infant Safety Seats
Child Safety seats are available at a charge of $4.95 per day and are safety approved for children up to 40lbs.
Florida Renters
Renters who hold a valid Florida driver’s license are considered Florida renters and are subject to a mileage charge on the rental of 12 and 15 Passenger vans. Florida drivers have 150 free miles per day or 1050 free miles per week with each additional mile at 25 cents.
Personal Insurance Information
Florida is a no-fault sate and Florida law requires all drivers to carry proof of motor vehicle coverage inside of any vehicle that they are operating. The 15 Passenger Van Rental Company Car and Van Rental requires that any renter declining the optional coverage’s offered will need to present valid proof of motor vehicle coverage at the inception of the rental.
Optional Coverage’s
The 15 Passenger Van Rental Company Car and Van Rental offers optional protection coverage’s for you peace of mind and for renters/drivers who do not have automobile insurance that is valid or transferable to rental vehicles.
CDW – Collision Damage Waiver is NOT insurance. Renters opt for this coverage when they have high deductibles or do not possess physical damage or comprehensive coverage of their own. This coverage provides protection against claims in the event that the rental vehicle is damaged while in their possession. When declining this coverage option the renter is responsible for ANY damages that may occur to the rental vehicle.
CDW – Cars - $16.99 per day
CDW – Vans/SUV’s - $19.99 per day
PAI – Personal Accident Insurance provides for comprehensive coverage for medical related injuries or accidental death or dismemberment for all passengers in the rental vehicle. Please see counter brochure for limits and additional details.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the The 15 Passenger Van Rental Company or fitness of any vehicle. Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Booking and payment information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.5% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the hire is increased, an additional deposit may be required, while reduction in rental periods or price may reduce the total, but the deposit amount will remain unchanged.
